How It Works
Step 1 — Contact Us
Send us your project details, listing photos, or staging requirements.
Step 2 — Curated Selection
We recommend décor pieces suited to your space and style.
Step 3 — Pickup or Delivery
Pick up from our boutique, or contact us to discuss delivery or setup options.
Rental Details
Rental Period
Standard rental period is 4 days.
Pick up one day before your event or staging date and return the day after.
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the rental start date.
We accept major credit cards only.
Rental Pricing
Rental fees typically range between 15%–20% of the retail value, depending on the items selected and project scale.
Cleaning & Restocking Fee
A 10% non-refundable cleaning and restocking fee applies to all rentals.
This covers standard cleaning, light stains, candle wax residue, and normal wear.
Damage or Loss
Clients are responsible for all rented items during the rental period.
Items returned in damaged, excessively worn, or missing condition will be charged at the full retail replacement value.
Packaging
All rental items must be returned in their original packaging.
Missing packaging may result in additional handling or replacement fees.
Late Returns
1–7 days late: 15% of the total rental fee per day
8–30 days late: 25% of the total rental fee per day
30+ days late: items may be considered lost and charged at full retail replacement value
Extensions
Rental extensions must be requested before the scheduled return date and are subject to availability.
Approved extensions are typically charged at 25% of the original rental fee per additional week.

Clients may book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss staging needs, rental options, and project scope.
