About Renting our décor products for staging and/or display
Lady.E team can work closely with every client to transform your vision and requirements to an unforgettable experience and memory. Based on the selected products and budget, we can also propose a package that meets your needs. 
 
Each standard rental is for 4 days, you could pick up the day before your event, and return the day after your event. We will confirm your pickup and return times via email. For all types of rentals, a 50% initial payment is required to hold your date. The remaining 50% will be due one month prior to the rental date. And we only accepted credit cards, no cash or debit.
 
If you are interested in a longer-term rental, we do offer  long term rental for 5+ days or more, please send us more details about your event to info@ladyedecor.com.
 
We do charge a 10% non-refundable restock and cleaning fee.
This is designed to cover reasonable and normal wear and tear while the rentals are in your possession. This would include light food & beverage stains, wax in the candle holders,  used plates and bowls, …etc.
This does not cover damage outside of what we would consider normal and reasonable use. For example: Damage on the pillows, and throws,  used and washed towels, lost items, etc. Charges made above the 10% will be up to the sole discretion of Lady.E Décor. For items considered damaged, you will be charged the full retail price.
 
All the rental products should return with the original package.
 
5-10 DAYS LATE – 30% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL WILL BE CHARGED PER DAY
11-30 DAYS LATE  25% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL WILL BE CHARGED PER DAY
30+ DAYS LATE – 15% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL WILL BE CHARGED PER DAY

The rental fee is about 15%-20% of the retail price, which will depend on the products that clients choose.
